Because the Turbo Regals are now over 20 years old, one of the overlooked areas for replacement are the factory original flexible brake hoses. They can swell up when you apply the brakes and eventually the hoses may split. Swelling can also be attributed to a softer brake pedal. As any car restorer can tell you, one of the best upgrades you can make to the brake system is to replace the factory flexible rubber-like brake hoses with stainless braided hoses. We offer this complete kit, which includes a hose for each front wheel and the hose that connects the back lines by the top rear axle housing. This kit is made by The Right Stuff Detailingfi and the hoses also carry the DOT label. Once installed, the end result, with no other changes, is a slightly harder pedal. It restores confidence when depressing the brake pedal. We also recommend a fresh brake flush at the same time you replace these hoses.
This kit will fit virtually all G body cars from 1979-1987, including the same vintage Turbo Regal, Monte Carlo, Grand Prix and Olds Cutlass models.
